The award-winning adaptation of the Hitchcock film (titled the same) depicts a spy story in the manner of a fresh comedy due to the multiple role concept: only 4 actors portrays 30 different characters in the story with fast and comic quick-changes, and also with allusions to other Hitchcock films. The play, staged first in 2005 in London, immediately turned out to be a howling success, and so far it is all over the world.
